Pikooj Island, located in Rearlaplap, Arno Atoll, is a breathtaking standalone island that will be available for local visitors and international travelers to visit for day trip/picnic tours. You will be able to book to have exclusive use of the island as your own private getaway for the day. For day trip the prices are as follows (exclusive of boat travel from Majuro):
Option 1: local Arno visitors, inclusive of local boat transportation – $30pp
Option 2: local Arno visitors, excluding boat transportation - $20pp
Option 3: International/visitors from Majuro, excluding boat transportation (but in partnership with MIR, RRE, and fishing charters) - tbc
Day visitor group limit: 25 people total
The island will be equipped with picnic tables, bbq, toilet, shower and shelter area for use. Pikooj is also establishing a small oceanside bungalow so stay tuned for updates on opening dates!
