E Leisure Corner Establishment & Bungalow Building

“E Leisure Corner” is a vacation spot that will not only attract people to come and enjoy our bungalows but ultimately it will allow people to come and learn about the uniqueness of the ecosystem of Rongrong. Primarily, with the establishment of “E Leisure Corner”, as the owner I am going to make use of the land for multipurpose activities and learning experiences for the clients visiting the bungalow. For example, “E Leisure Corner” will make use of all the flowers and plants on Rongrong Island (the owners land area) as
one of the tourist attraction activities that management will provide to educate women who come to “E Leisure Corner”. Management will help revive the knowledge and skills of planting flowers and vegetables so the women who visit “E Leisure Corner” can learn. “E Leisure Corner” is going to build a bungalow hut house to show how women can generate income by
doing such a rare and exemplary task that only a few are able to do nowadays.A small take-out is still functioning and E Leisure Corner is going to improvise it a little bit to use as an entertainment hub for our visitors. Rongrong is one of the best fishing spot here in Majuro. However, one of the activities that E Leisure Corner is going to secure to help sustain the number of visitors to is a fishing tournament for all women. E Leisure Corner will host this fishing tournament once or twice a year. Last but not least, E Leisure Corner is going to designate a little portion of the land for a spontaneous picnic site “E Beach” so not only the bungalows can accommodate individuals who come to Rongrong, but the beach can also be available for people to enjoy on day trips.
